Boris Aranovich

Boris Aranovich is a well-known author of several books, including “Doctor Mind” and “Be the master of your health”. He has been professionally active for 40 years within the field of alternative medicine and has created a number of therapy- and wellness techniques for self-care, which thousands of people worldwide have used to restore their health.

Boris continues to develop new health practices in his company “Människans Resurser AB”.

In 1992,  while Boris Aranovich was still Principal at the University for Alternative Medicine in St. Petersburg, he was invited to Sweden to teach at Axelsons Gymnastiska Institut. In 1995, in parallel with this mission, he founded, together with his wife Iwona, MDR Center to spread his wellness concept ”Mastering Your Health”.

1987 -1991 Vice Principal at the University for Alternative Medicine, St. Petersburg, Russia.

2003 – Founded the company Människans Resurser AB, where he is still MD.

2009 – Initiated a radio show programme called “Better and Better Every Day”

Boris Aranovich is also an active member of the organization International Association for Professional Medical Specialists, in the field of both alternative and traditional medicine.

Boris Aranovich has earned a Masters Degree from the International Academy of Ecology and Life Protection Sciencies (IAELPS).
